Install Wordpress and then pick cool under construction theme, that has a newsletter field in it. You should also install a newsletter plugin
I think you’ll handle with it without any special help at this point
I’ll already figured it out for myself, but 10x anyway . I’ve just created a simple html + css web page and added a cool little ajax script I found on the internet to complete the newsletter functionality ….it is a temporary solution until I find some time to create a real world press blog.However 10x for the reply !
